Instant cloud flow on SharePoint library item not available

I've successfully setup an Instant cloud flow for a SharePoint document library which is appearing in the automate options against files.

I have since created e a second instant flow with the same trigger against the same document library but this one isn't appearing in the automate list against the files.

Flow 1 Trigger - Working

Flow 2 Trigger - Not working

Are document libraries restricted to only having a single instant/manual flow tied to them?

It should be possible to have both flows listed in that menu (see screenshot below).

Is the second flow also in your default environment?

For Flows that use the 'For a selected item' or the 'For a selected file' trigger, only those that are part of the default environment in Power Automate are listed within the SharePoint Automate menu.

The issue ended up being related to the flows connections. I compared it to the original flow and for some reason it was missing the SharePoint Co-owners connection to the Document Library.
