I need the workflow to wait until all the values of the form are equal to `` true '', this is because I need that flag so that a of company team receives all the information in an email.

what the flow do is verify each condition if the value is equal to '' false '' send a friendly reminder, but I need that if not, the flow wait all conditions to be '' true '' before sending the mail final.

I really appreciate the help. 🙂

    Hello,

What I think you are trying to do might be able to be accomplished by adding a variable that gets increment+1 when the condition is true. Than have a condition true if variable is = ___ how ever many conditions you need to be true.

If you need the flow to literally not proceed past the condition unless true and actually wait for the responder to respond. Than I’m guessing a Approval process might help.

If none of these options help, please provide clearer details on what you are trying to achieve.

    Thanks,
    Hope this helps.

Hi, 🙂 Thanks for help me!

    I do not need approval.
What the flow does in each condition is that it asks if the task has already been completed. In the form there is a toogle in each YES / NO form, and a submit button that what it does is update the field to ''true'', this means that when the user enters the application and clicks on ' 'yes' and then accept, it means that this task is ready and does not send 'friendly reminder' mail otherwise send the mail. BUT, then have to ask again, if each of the conditions are in `` true '' but  must wait until all are in `` true '' to send the final mail to the department that configures the applications and gives permissions and others with all the information of the flow.

    Hello @Anonymous

So two things I can suggest:

    1) I cant tell from the picture but since you mention there is a option within the email, I am assuming you are using Send Email With Options Action?

    2) What if you add a Do Until with all the conditions inside. And have a Variable set to 0. At each condition in the true block increment variable by 1.

Example: if you have 5 conditions, than have the Do until variable is equal to 5.

If you need help understanding what I am suggesting let me know.

    Hope this helps!
