It's odd Japanese translation.
Brush up: "人を決定する" or "ユーザーを決定する"
Reason1: "person" called "人" In Japanese, and "people" called "人".
Two words are translated as in Japanese.
Better word:"ユーザー"(equal "user")
Reason2: In Japanese"人を解決する" is similar "human solution" in English.
Better translation is "決定する".
