Flow takes 10 sec to call a logic app, but the logicapp run is under 1 sec.

Hi.
I have this issue, where a flow is activated from a powerapp. The flow simply calls a logic app with a http action.

The HTTP action in flow takes around 10 sec, but the logic app only takes a few hundred milliseconds to complete.

Is there a a way to optimize this ?
