Merged columns within a single section in MDA

Hi All,

 

I'm new to Power apps, and would like to know if we can have a merged column or 1 column and 2 column layout within the same section as mentioned in the below image.

    I mean, in a section, can we have a combination of 1 , 2 and 3 columns. 

    In the below, 

    New Section have a 2 Column and 1 Column Layout

    Where Name, Gender, DOB and Place of birth is displayed in the 2 Column layout and

    About Me is displayed in the 1 Column layout

    I can achieve this by creating two separate sections 1 for 2 Columns layout and another for 1 Column layout, but I want to have everything in the same section instead of two different sections. Is this possible
