I have a particular co pilot prompt that set out a particular template for my meeting minutes. I upload a transcript to co-pilot, and than use the prompt to tell co-pilot to create meeting minutes useing the meeting minutes template in the prompt.

So:

1. I would drop the transcript into a folder.

2 Automation would grab the file, use the co pilot prompt to put it into the desired format

3. Put the meeting minutes into a "completed" folder.

1. Create a prompt,: In AI Hub - there is prompt feature which helps to write custom prompts and which you can use in the power automate flow.

This helps to create an AI prompt for creating meeting of minutes by passing transcript content.

2. Create a power automate cloud flow

Create a power automate which triggers when file is created in a specifc sharepoint folder, by creating - it means when file /transcript file is dropped into a folder: flow triggers and run the prompt and gives you the output as meeting of minutes as output.
