At the moment i send a forms to people and land it updates an excel document automatically. Different colleagues of mine have different forms going to different tables on their excel document
Ideally i just want all my colleagues to login with their user name to a web page/web app/power app to view the details on their rather than using excel and manage the data from there.
I am quite new to all this and will probably just end up getting someone to design it. I just wanted to check if its actually doable and what skills would someone need to create it

This is possible, can use CDS (common data service) or SharePoint list to collect the responses and stored. Then you can easily pull all the relevant information into PowerApps.
