Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

I have 2 tables in 2 separate stages in a business process.
A column "Full Name..." in the Table 2 used in Stage 2 is set to a relationship of Lookup to Table 1 in Stage 1.
The screenshot shows the concerned form field in Stage 2. There is a drop-down in the form field and I can select from the list of data entered in the related data column of Table 1. However, after choosing the correct data, which is a name, it shows (No Name) in the data field. The data column in Table 2, also do not show the data.
Anyone, please advise where is the issue. Thank you.
