Insufficient privileges to complete the operation - Email drop down list no longer available

I have a couple different instant flows that we have been using for a few months now that allow my teammates to request approvals for different requests, these are setup as instant flows due to the fact that the 1st approval within the list of approvals changes depending on what type of request it is. Until this month we have had no issues, however within the last week or so when we go into the flow to kick it off, we no longer get the "drop down list" of email address when we start typing an email as we had been, now we get an error message "Insufficient privileges to complete the operation".

In researching this for my co-worker, I noticed that I also receive this error message when attempting to add people as owners to the flows I create for them, while I can get their emails listed by manually typing them, I am unable to actually send the person the request to be an owner.  When we look at a current team flow, all we see for the list of owners is greyed out lines.

Thanks

    Unfortunately not, we are just manually typing out all emails when kicking off the instant flows and praying we don't need to change owners as we can't do that either.

    @ScottShearer and @v-litu-msft i spoke with my IT team and we have O365 E3 licenses for all employees, none of us were ever on a trial license that they could determine for Flow.  I am not sure how i would determine if we have enough permissions.

    Here is a screenshot of the instant flow showing no listing of suggested emails, when this was previously working.

    Here is a screenshot of a current Flow that I want to add an owner to, but I am unable to.

    Here is the screenshot of a Flow where there are currently multiple owners, but none of them are listed anymore, however when i speak to the owners this flow is still listed within their team flows on the Power Automate site

    Hi @jkocvara,

    Just like @ScottShearer said, you should check the account you test whether it has enough permission.

    If you have not enough permission, you should ask to upgrade it.

    If you have, if possible, I wish you could submit the screenshot of the error, it will help us better to assist you, thank you.

    @jkocvara

    Take a look - or ask an admin to take a look - at the Flow licenses that have been assigned to you and others.  It sounds like there may have been a trial license assigned that has expired.
