Values disappearing from Condition action in Flow

Any recommendations on how to fix this ongoing issue of values disappearing from the Condition action in Flows.

aishagarwal_0-1719360736790.png

The control automatically goes to 'Yes' but does not run any action inside it. It becomes extremely hard to monitor as the flow runs successfully and I have to manually check each run.

Thanks! 🙂

Could you please show me your condition inputs dynamic content?

    Hi @v-yetonggu-msft ,

    It's a string - Site Based Role.

Note - The flow runs properly sometimes but sometimes have this issue which gets fixed automatically.

Sorry, I mean the input is from the form (get response details) in the above step and I'm comparing its value with a string - Site Based Role.

    Hi @aishagarwal ,

Please recreate a flow, in a classic designer environment.

    Best Regards,

It's a really big flow with many branches and actions. I am refraining from recreating the whole thing again and I am working in the classic designer environment itself. Is there any other alternative?

Try putting the Left side of the operation inside a Trim() function.  I've seen leading or trailing blanks appear occasionally when getting values from Forms.  If there are extra characters it won't evaluate correctly.

I would also suggest adding a Compose action just before the condition to record the value being pulled from the form.  That may shed some light on exactly what is happening.

    Hi @Pstork1 ,

I implemented both trim and compose action but no luck.
