Hi all.
I have 2 sharepoint lists, one for live suppliers and one for archived suppliers.
I also have a supplier folder library where supplier info is held and archived as needed.
I have written a flow to archive suppliers, now I am looking to reverse this and add them to the live list.
I have got this to work fine, however I have a flow that when an item is created in the live list, it creates a folder in the library and updates the item with the hyperlink to the folder.
I have got as far as using variables and filters to determine if the folder exists (when moving a previously archived supplier, back into the live list) which is working fine, and if the folder doesn't exist it creates one, and updates the item with the hyperlink.
What I cannot do is get it to update the item with the correct hyperlink when the folder exists?
Any help would be appreciated.
