Create simple ticket system

Hello all,
I am a new and inexperienced user Power Apps and I would like to ask for help. My boss wants me to create a simple ticket system that our employees can use. I have already tried to use a ready template from power apps, but even after initial adaptation to my needs, it does not fulfill its task. I wanted to ask if someone has already worked on this topic and would be able to give me advice and tips on what to do next. If there is another method of creating such an application using Microsoft's programs, I will gladly use it.Thank you for all the answers as well as the help and understanding. Greetings

You will need to provide to everyone a more detailed example of what your ticket system needs to do, referring to it as a "simple ticket system" could mean many different things to each user on this forum, and without having a better understanding of what you want, it's unlikely you will get many, if any, responses.

    Hello TheRobRush,
Thank you for the answer under my post.

By a simple ticket system, I mean the application containing the title of the event, problem description, date when the problem was reported and completed, as well as who reported it. I wonder if it is possible to use an RFID reader in this case, so that the user can use the access card to log in instead of manually entering the name and surname. I have an excel file with 10 digit numbers assigned to users that can be used for this purpose. Notifications would come to the previously indicated e-mail or be displayed on the channel in MS Teams.

@MustGrave as powerapps will always run in the context of an user you don't have  to worry about login. This is done via Azure Ad. There is also a function User() which will provide the main properties of the current user.

I would suggest to spin up a SharePoint List with the columns you require. You wouldn't need to create columns for the User and report date as you could leverage the Built in Columns in Sharepoint (Created and Created By).

there is support for NFC and HF-RID reading now, see Read NFC tags with Power Apps on iOS and Android as for an app style I would check out a template like the Service Desk template it is really great for this. Couple it with a sharepoint datasource and submitter id, creation time, edit times etc will all be naturally tracked and all you need to update specifically are things like description, status etc
