Outlook and Office 365 Connectors: Invalid Connection

Hello,

I have a bunch of flows with one service account that are having connection issues. The connection issue appears with flows using the Office Users connector, and/or Outlook connector. This is happening across all flows (matching the above criteria) for this service account.

When I select the flow and view the 'problem child' connector in the editor studio, this is the body of the error message  "Error from token exchange: "The connection (msmanaged-na/office365users/shared-office365(*random guid id here but removed since I'm not sure if its sensitive info) is not found. Please create new connection and change your application to use the new connection."

When editing the flow I see an exclamation point icon and an error message saying "Invalid Connection" with a list of 2 identical email addresses associated with the connection.

So I figured  I could just go to Data>Connections and fix the connection there so I didn’t need to go into each flow one by one. However this problem child has created more of a problem than I originally anticipated. When I view the connector from Data>Connections, the connection status shows as "Connected".

So I thought to myself, "Hey! Maybe it fixed its self :)" Again, I was wrong. I went back into one of the flows causing chaos and was met with the same error message as before.

The flows where I have updated the connections within the edit studio, fail again after some time with the same error message as before.

So I have several questions, other than finding the solution.

1). Why did this happen in the first place?

2). How do I catch whatever triggered the problem, before it becomes a problem again?

3). WHYYYY WHYYYYYYYY WHYYYYYYY argggggg.

**Edited to add**

I selected "Switch account" for each connection within Data>Connections and selected the same service account. This may have worked, I'm not confident yet.
