Power automate User access

Hello everyone, I m new here. I just purchased Power Automate Premium 150$ monthly plan assuming that 1 licence would cover me and my small team members. However my IT person can not access the power automate.
Here is how the license show in my admin and how user is showing. Any idea why he can not have access? Thank you so much in advance

    What do you mean cannot access. They go to powerautomate.com and nothing happens?
     
    the license you have there is for automated processes, not for an actual user. The free one let's them do some stuff, but I dont see environent details  etc.
     
    You should really call Microsoft. Anything we say here means nothing.
