Can someone tell me how I would perform a lookup on an external list?
For example a list looks like:
Title/Created/Modified
If, on a gallery, a button is clicked next to it's title. The lookup, looks up the title on the external list but brings back the Created date or modified.
This leads me to question whether a powerapp needs to have the data somewhere displayed or hidden, but ultimately present within the powerapp before any filter or lookup can be performed on it. What I mean is I've failed to lookup or filter anything from the SharePoint list entirely.
I've realised there are easier ways to do such things but I'm ironing out a few things with the functions before I use them!
