App slow and crashing

Hi guys, please help me

 

I created an app to work in offline mode, but in some devices when user is using, the app crashes.

 

This is the sessionID 1e478e02-477d-4ba5-b180-e51f73420174

 

What kind of info i can bring to you for help me?

 

Is there a way to get a app log of this device to see what's hapenning?
