Hello Community,

Hope to found you well.

Today I'm facing a strange behavior, and I'm not understand what I'm doing wrong, I've researched a lot and I still to know where I'm failling.

I know that have someone how have dealed with same issue.

Let's go. ..

My need is to send an e-mail with 3 attachments in PDF.

What I've done? First of all, sorry for the printscreens, they are in Portugues 🙂

1. I've created 3 variables from type Array. ( For example: var1, var2, var3 )

2. List files from OneDrive Folder (In my case I'll have three files)

Apply to every file. ..

3. Get content from every File with the follow ID

4. Append the content to one of the variables ( For example var1 )

5. Finally, In Attach Name I personalized by my self, and in the Attachment Content I put the variables, one by one.

The final result, in the e-mail I'm receving the PDF with the all pages, but the pages are all blank with no content inside.

I saw someone answering to another Post, as workaround split the 3 PDFs and send them individually.

But this is what I've now, from now I want to attach all PDFs in one email.

I also saw a tutorial how to send multiples attachments, but in the end of the process, where we are configuring the e-mail to send, in the part of the attachments I'm not able or is not showing the variables.

The link of tutorial: Advanced | Flow of the Week: Send multiple attachments on a single email | Power Automate Blog (microsoft.com)

Thanks all.

Regards

Hugo Jesus

@hugojesus  where you are appending attachment in array variable it looks you are just appending the attachment content, instead you need to append as follows

@annajhaveri , Yes, I only want the content, because like I've said before, the only way that I've to select the variable inside the e-mail, is like I'm showing in the image below. ..

But, If I done like you said, changing the variable, I don't have any option to select the variable.

I don't know how to solve this, many tutorials that I've seen are capable to select the variable.

I've tried to attach directly the GETCONTENT into e-mail attachment, instead of passing to variable, and it works perfectaly.

But with variables is not working.

    @annajhaveri ,

First of all, thanks a lot for your help, I've found my mistake.

Because of the translation (PT - EN) I've found the variable that I've selected it was "Cadeia" in PT, but "Cadeia" in EN is a String not an Array. 😫

Then I've change the type of the variable for "Matriz" in PT, and "Matriz" in EN is an Array.

I've tested and it works perfectaly. 😒

Oh, I'm dealing with this issue since last 8 hours, I'm very frustated with this, who I never looked up to the variable type, since now.
