Weather Connector

Hello all!

I'm working with Flow to get the current weather conditions. What I want is this:  Update a list in SharePoint Online every hour with the current weather.

If I use the MSN Weather connector as the trigger/condition, I can only key off of fields like "When the Temperature goes below/above.." and it never fires (even if I put the temperature goes above zero fahrenheit it doesn't fire).  I'm assuming that it would need to be below zero degrees and change to above zero for the condition to fire.

So I tried using the recurrance connector (fire every hour).  This works well, except that I cannot get the same data from the MSN Weather connector if I use it as an action (get the current weather forecast) instead of a condition.  Specifically, I cannot get "Temperature" !!!  Kind of important.  I can get the high temp, the low temp, but not the actual temp.

Summary:  If you use the MSN Weather connector as a Condition (Trigger), then you can get current temperature, but not the forecast.  If you use MSN Weather as an action, you cannot get current temperature, but can get the forecast.

This seems wrong to me.  Thoughts?

I created a Flow using the MSN Weather connector.  The problem that I'm having is that when I'm using the MSN Weather connector as a trigger, it allows me to get at the "Temperature" dynamic content, but it

Hi @ZandyG - thanks for your feedback! Based on your scenario, it sounds like the "get current weather" action may be the best option, it should return all the current weather information including the temperature.

You're correct the "get forecast for today" action only returns the predicted high/low temperature etc. and not the current values. The trigger does currently depend on the condition changing, as you saw it will not fire until that change occurs. If you have a suggestion for a different behaviour, please file it on our ideas page so other users can vote!
