I have a flow that has created a PDF in a folder in OneDrive:
Next, I've added a 'Get files (properties only)' action with a Filter Query to find items where the 'PersonalRef' column matches an 'employeeId' value from earlier in the flow.
If there is a match, then the PDF should be created in the 'Second Job Declaration' folder below with the users metadata.
I am unsure how the file could be added to that folder as the folder name would be different for each user as this follows a Surname,Forename,EmployeeID naming format so the length of the string would never be the same either.
Would appreciate any suggestions as to how to achieve this - as I'm sure its possible.
