Full error message:

The gateway is either offline or could not be reached.
 inner exception: Gateway on endpoint 'sb://wabi-us-east2-relay12.servicebus.windows.net/c4081553-2f2f-4e1b-8309-7c7adb79737a/' is unreachable.
 inner exception: The communication object, Microsoft.ServiceBus.Channels.ClientFramingDuplexSessionChannel, cannot be used for communication because it is in the Faulted state.

Not sure why this error is occurring given the flow was running a few days ago.
