You need to allow the Microsoft Power Automate extension to run in Incognito. It is turned off by default. You need to turn it on in the extension properties here:
You can find the extension properties if you navigate to this link: chrome://extensions/?id=ljglajjnnkapghbckkcmodicjhacbfhk
The rest of your actions are fine.
