Convert Word to PDF with premium Word Online connector after Create File

Posted on by 46

Hi Community, I am using the premium Word Online (Business) connector to populate a word template from a sharepoint list, then I need the word file to be converted to PDF.

I am struggling to understand how to fill the input field of the convert action. It seems that despite all ID, ItemID, Links, Paths or anything else that I put in there is failing.

What is the correct way to let it take the just created file from the above action and convert it to pdf?

Here's the flow:

Thanks!

    Unfortunately it doesn't solve.

I am currently copying the created file in sharepoint to my onedrive and then use the convert to pdf action of onedrive, then saving the pdf over to sharepoint again.

Looks like it takes a file path. Use a Get file properties action first which gives you the full file path to use in the Word connector
