Hello,
I am experiencing issues with Power Automate Desktop (PAD) on a virtual machine (VM) due to proxy settings, and I need assistance to resolve this problem.
Issue Description:
I initially encountered difficulties during the installation of PAD. Although I was unable to complete the installation myself, technical support intervened and installed the software for all users on the VM. However, a new issue arose after the installation.
When I launch PAD, I am able to log in, but I cannot view, edit, or create flows. Instead, I receive the following error message:
"Communication with cloud services requires network proxy authentication. Please ensure that the proxy settings are configured and try again."
Steps Taken:
I researched this issue and discovered that it is a common problem when another user performs the installation. To address this, I followed the instructions provided in the Microsoft documentation: How to configure proxy settings for Power Automate Desktop.
I edited the configuration files to include the following settings:
After there is another problem. Despite these changes, I am now unable to sign in to the application. I have attached a screenshot of the error for reference. I suspect that the issue may be related to the configuration settings, although I am not certain. I followed the provided steps carefully, but the problem persists.
(Translated to english: Error during login: There was a problem signing in. Please try again later or contact an administrator)
I believe this may be a recurring issue, but I have not found a definitive solution. Could you please provide guidance on how to resolve this problem or suggest additional troubleshooting steps?
Thank you for your assistance!
