The error "Failed to connect to IMAP server imap.outlook.office365.com" in your Power Automate Desktop flow is likely due to one of the following common causes:
Microsoft has disabled basic authentication (like IMAP with username/password) for many tenants as of late 2022. IMAP now typically requires OAuth 2.0 authentication.
Solution:
Even if IMAP is technically available, it must be enabled per mailbox.
