Controls in Microsoft Word - this is if the form is the same time every time. Are you familiar with controls in Word?
However, you could also use the XML method (a bit more advanced):

Are you using content controls to have users input into the Word form?
You would need to set that up. Then you can use Power Automate to extract the control data based on the template. I believe you will need a premium license to do that.
