We have outside contractors and I have created a FORM for them to sign in an out. In this FORM we request a good contact number and email address. I then created a flow that takes the FORM information and sends different parties (in our mdcourts.gov network) an email informing them of the information submitted on the FORM. As part of this we wanted to provide the contractor a copy of the email we receive for their own records. To do this, I have included that FORM question in CC section of the email action.
The issue is that for whatever reason, if the email that was submitted is an outlook.com email address, there is no email recieved. We have tested multiple emails and every other domain (gmail, yahoo and verizon.net) get an email, but we have tested several outlook.com emails and no email is received. I even placed my own personal outlook.com email account directly into the CC box (not coming from the form data) and still have received anything. We have made sure to check the junk folder, spam folder and rules to make sure the email was not going there nor was a rule that was eliminating it.
I am able to send emails directly to outlook.com addresses from my work email. It just will not work in the flow.
At this point we plan to just advise that if an outlook address is used, they will not receive a copy of the email.
