SharePoint owns Both Form and List, Flow Attachment Errors

Hello. I created a Form in a SharePoint so that it would be the owner. The data from the Form is to be collected and put on a List. The process works through Power Automate, except for the attachment. Everything I try fails. I need help with suggestions on how to get the attachment from the Form to the List. The standard build of this flow only works if you are the Form owner,  not the SharePoint. The error I keep getting is in Content Details.

    Hello,

If you shared the error that would help.

However, I would leverage this from Reza: How to save Microsoft Forms Responses & Attachments to SharePoint Lists or Libraries & Send Email - Bing video

    Cheers

I tried it the way that was suggested in Reza's video, but that is from a personal OneDrive to a list, not a SharePoint Site to a list.

I've tried many different way and have gotten several errors. I apologize that I do not have a current error. I feel that a lot of O365 designs don't allow for impersonalization. Everything has to be connected to a specific user, not a group. But when that user leaves, it makes everything more difficult for the team left behind.

This is the error message from the most recent failed test:
Unable to process template language expressions in action 'Get_file_content_2' inputs at line '0' and column '0': 'The template language expression 'outputs('Get_response_details')?['body']['r3915591a610d4cf3b76ea857d8b73113']['name']' cannot be evaluated because property 'name' cannot be selected. Property selection is not supported on values of type 'String'. Please see https://aka.ms/logicexpressions for usage details.'.

I've taken on a new approach, but I am still running into errors... This flow runs successfully, but it is not adding the attachment. Am I missing a step? Or will this approach not work because the array is wrong?
