Do we have any whitepaper on Copilot studio integration with Whatsapp

do we require anything to be deployed on WhatsApp business users side

when this will be in GA, any details will help

I believe you are asking about Copilot and not Copilot Studio.

I don't think we have a Whitepaper on this.

But i think it is straight forward: All you need is to download the app and then continue.

It has been moved to March 2025 for preview, no date for GA.

And as far as I understand you're going to need to enable communication services on Azure, check the release planner for Copilot Studio
