I am trying to build a power automate workflow which is executing from CANVAS App.
Contract Review request form created as per the below, these details shall saved under "AMSRegister" SharePoint List.
The Requestor will fill this below data and submit to Contracts Department.
Corresponding review points ( it shall vary based on the Project Contract) shall add by the Contracts department as per the below screenshot.
So a gallery created to add the Contract Review points with Reviewer column.
so each point shall review by different Reviewers in departments ( Sales, Legal, Contracts etc.) and finally the "Final Approver" ( This field is not added in this screenshots) will approve this request.
These details are stored in "ContractsRegister" SharePoint List.
Two SharePoint Lists ( AMSRegister & ContractsRegister ) were created with Lookup column "ContractLookup".
Review points numbers shall vary based on the Project Contract.
All the reviewers should receive their point for review immediately after submitting the flow.
Prefer to have an approval flow which shows the status similar like the below
