Rename files from Outlook in SharePoint

Hello dear all,

I've managed to generate a Flow which automatically saves Outlook attachments to a SharePoint library. However, I'd also like to change the name of the saved file. There are similar topics but no one that matches my problem. Please let me know should you know a suitable Automate flow in order to save and rename files automatically.

Let me know how you want to name the files and I'll provide an example. Is there a naming convention?

Hi Scott,
at the moment, the name is irrelevant, "TestFile_123" will do it. In addition, it would be awesome to integrate the date/time (in UTC +1) when the mail with the attachment was received. If possible, I'd also appreciate an example for this.

You can use an expression like this in the File Name field on the Create Item action.

concat('TestFile_', formatDateTime(utcNow(), 'yyyyMMdd hhmmss'))
