Normally this error is pretty common with the List rows present in table action. That action can return date fields as numbers. If you than try to handle this data in expressions via the addDays function it would complain, because it is a number (like 45575 in your error message).

Make sure you select the right format if you want to return it as ISO 8601 format instead.
