If SuperAdmin is Logged in Power app . he should be able to give a custom role to other employee from canvas page , not from Power Platform Admin center. and we get employee from Microsoft Entra Id Table and on the basis of custom role Employee can see there screen. Can we achieve this . What is the way. If there is any another way.

As above Ans mention , we have to import separate app in our environment. But I want this feature in existing canvas app. When SuperAdmin use Canvas app he should get extra tab name as Add User, in that tab SuperAdmin give custom role to user. On the basis of custom role user can see tab available for him when he logged In. I want make this canvas app as traditional web app. In one canvas app when different user get log in and according to there Role they can seen Functionality available for him.
The requirement is possible using canvas app you got and dataverse tables.
The above app i shared for reference only.
You need to design the data model first then make changes to your canvas app logic.
