Get Rows(excel) action not available any workaround using Get Row (Business)

I am creating a flow to upload an excel data list from SharePoint folder as we don't have Get Rows (Excel) in our flow actions, any idea on how I can replicate Get Rows by using Get Row (business)? My build is to upload the excel data to SharePoint DataList.

It seems you want to add the excel data into the SP list.
