MS Form Data Emailed but only contain specific sections

The current flow is setup to send an email for all of the fields from the submitted MS Form. I am planning to add a Yes / No choice box with branching that will display an additional section of questions if = YES. In order to only email those fields that are populated when the form responses are submitted, will I need to have 2 different Send an email (v2) controls (one with all the fields if the choice is YES and one with all fields except those in the branched section if the choice is NO) in order to only send the data that is populated?

Yes, you would need a condition to check the response to the Yes/No choice in the form. If yes you send the email one way if no you send the same email but with additional fields.

Is there not yet a way to include all fields from a specific section of the form or do I still need to manually insert each one?
