I have a PPT in a document library, i wanted to get that ppt link via Power Automate.

I used 'Create_sharing_link_for_a_file_or_folder', but it failed, The error is "The operation failed because sharing has been disabled on this site." How to enable by using power automate?

    Hi @SLokesh314,

You can set the SharingCapability property of a site collection via a HTTP request. You can use a Send an HTTP request to SharePoint action for this.

I have shared an example of this in the thread below:

    https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/General-Power-Automate/SharePoint-Site-External-Sharing-using-Power-Automate/td-p/1311801

In this example the SharingCapability field value is set to 1 (New and Existing Guests). This sample also assumes that this is allowed in the organisation, which you can set in SPO Admin Centre as well.

In the action the Site Address is your admin centre url. SiteId is the guid of the site collection where you want to change the settings.

Kudos to Matt_majedi for finding this: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/power-apps-power-automate/update-site-sharing-capability-with-flow-gt-how-to-use-quot/m-p/2448226/highlight/true#M4541

    Thanks for your answer!

How can I get a Site ID ( GUID)? FYI I'm creating the site also by sending HTTP requests.
