Switch Edit Forms from New to Edit

I have three Forms: 

 

  • Form A
  • Form B
  • Form C

All 3 forms, when submitted using the Patch function, will create a SharePoint list item and resets all of the forms to blank.

 

Once the data has been submitted, the user navigates to a page with a Gallery(which contains the Title field of each SharePoint list item). When an item is selected in the gallery, how can I have the forms populate the data that was submitted to the SharePoint list?

    Hi @Anonymous,

     

    You can add a button in the template part of the Gallery control(the first part), then set its OnSelect property to:

    Navigate(Screen2,None)

    So screen2 has the forms, set the Item property of the Form controls to:

    BrowseGallery1.Selected
