Trying to trigger a flow from two questions on a form to search for open dates to schedule a meeting for multiple attendees and notify them.

Hello, hoping you can help. I asked this on another users thread, but realized I should start a new one. I would like to use this similar scenario as List of Attendees..... and Create an event (meeting) based on availability.... but I'm not sure if fits my exact request. I found two post that are very similar , but I'm new and not sure how to execute this.

I have a question on my form that ask for a desired date for a future meeting, (4 weeks out) I have another questions that ask for the attendees for this meeting. I would like to execute a flow so when the desired date is selected, the flow will review the list of attendees and find and create a calendar invite for this meeting for all attendees. I will also need it to make sure it doesn't double book meetings and it should be within 8am -6pm. I'm really new to this so if you could explain in layman's terms that would be great.

This is my current flow that is working great. the last step Create even (v4) is for another question on my form. I'm not sure how to merge the ask of two questions from my form and to search for open availability for multiple users.
