Send Email With Options - Target URL not Allowed

Hi everyone.

I've created a flow in our default environment that uses the "Send Email with options" action to send follow-up emails to people inside and outside of the organization. It worked perfectly, however, after learning a bit more about Environments I decided to move the solution to a new environment. It works fine when I test it, but when other users try to respond by selecting one of the options they get an error "Target URL is not allowed".

This looks like a permissions issue to me, but I'm not sure where to start, Please could someone help point me in the right direction?

Kind regards.

Did you ever find a solution to this? I am having the same issue where the buttons in the card come up with the error Target URL is not allowed but the HTML buttons work perfectly. I'd prefer to hide the HTML buttons as its confusing but can't....

Are the users included in the environments security group?

The documentation doesn't state which permissions are needed, but have you assigned any security role to the users in that environment?

    Hi,

I've the same issue. It happens with users that are using Outlook Desktop app, but it works fine for users with the Outlook Web App.

Did you find a solution? Could it be some Outlook or M365 tenant configuration?

    Thanks!
