Importing Unmanaged Solution Error

I am trying to import an unmanaged solution (model Driven app) from my companies development environment to a clients environment.

The Client has a live Environment and a Dev Environment.

If I import the solution to the Live Environment it starts to import then errors with a not very helpful xml error file with

<xml>Something went wrong. Please try again later.</xml>

I have read that it could be permissions but my user is a global admin on this environment or dependency issue.

I had the idea of importing it into the dev environment but it errors with a missing dependencies error
msdynce_AppCommonPatch201904 (9.0.22032.10001) (1) which expands to show

Email (Bulk Email)

I can't figure out how to get around either of these so any help will be greatly received.

Hi @Frosty080467

I remembered that I have experienced something similar (but my solution contains canvas apps) but I can't remember 100% on how to solve it. Basically some objects are not added by default in the solution. Can you try clicking the 'Add Required Objects' before you export your solution? It will show you the objects needed to be added because of dependencies.

Thanks for the tip but I don't have that option in my solution. I only have Add Existing. Anything else you can think of?

Do you have this option 'Add required objects' when you click on the ellipsis of each of the components? If so then do that for each of them.
