Can Flow open a PDF that is in an outlook email and then extract the data and put it into a list?

Hi,

I am not sure if this is possible. We have an existing online system where applicant forms are completed, which once completed by an applicant it sends it to an email box as a PDF. The applicants can also upload documents, like ID etc. As Microsoft Forms does not allow external users to upload documentation, I was wondering is there anyway flow could be used to open the pdf form when the email comes in, extract the data into a list and save any attachments which are attached to the email saved as an attachment in the list?

Sorry No. The email that comes from our system saves the application form as a pdf and is one attachment to the email, and any attachments (i.e. ID) is saved to the same email in whatever format the applicant uploaded them as.

What I want to do is for the flow to open the Application form PDF, copy the data over to the matched fields in a list, and then in the same flow take the other attachments and save them in the same list in an attachment field.
