delete messages after sending in Shared Mailbox

Hi,

I have a Flow where I send out a courtesy message every time an incoming mail arrives. I would like NOT to save this messages in the Shared Mailbox Sent Items folder, or I'd like to delete it after sending.

 

As the message ID is not a field available after sending the message from the Shared Mailbox, is there any other way this could be possible?

    Hi @Marco_1974 

     

    So to delete an email you would need the message ID (as you have mentioned) but the action send an email will be sending the email and an email id is generated only after the email is sent (basically send an email is an action that will be excuted but has not been executed yet and thus the issue with getting the email ID). But there should be a feature where the send an email action is executed and after a small delay the ID could be retrieved. 

     

    Currently this is not supported in flow and it might be included in later releases.     Yes, as you said,  the message ID is not a field available after sending the message, I have made a test on my side, and I'm afraid that ther is no any way to delete the email after sending in Shared Mailbox.
