Flow to post transcript of meeting in a channel

I am trying make the flow to post the transcript of a meeting in to a channel. I am not sure how to pull the transcript. One idea I had was to think it like a file shared in chat. Appreciate any help. Thanks !!

    Yes, I've spent a couple of days on this now. It's crazy. The recordings are stored as MP4 files in the onedrive of the organiser, but the transcripts are nowhere to be seen. It is strangely inconsistent.
