I am trying to make a connector that iterates through all my OneNote notebooks and lists out the title of each page and each section in each notebook. I start with the 'Get Notebooks' oneNote connector which is meant to get all the 'available' notebooks. I find that it is only returning 23 of my (approx) 38 OneNote notebooks.
Why is this? What makes a notebook 'available'?
I would not agree that the parent message is a solution.
To summarise, after raising a ticket with Microsoft, we have come to the conclusion that the 'get notebooks' connector only seems to list whatever notebooks appear in the recent's list for onenote.
I am waiting for Microsoft to get back to me with a confirmation on this. Once I get it I will post something here. Microsoft suggestedthat I manually open the notebooks that I'm looking to process so that they appear on my recents list. My issue is that I need to open all of my notebooks. I didn't investigate this further, but I suspect the recent list is limited to 25 notebooks.
Anyway, I will post an update once I get something back from Microsoft.
Thanks. I will do that.
Hi @mferrare ,
I'm afraid I have no further method to help you troubleshoot the mistake. My test results seem to be in line with expectations. Please consider contacting Microsoft Support to help you resolve this issue:
Best Regards,
All my notebooks are on my O365 Business Essentials tenant.
To use this integration, you will need access to an OneNote notebook stored on OneDrive For Business.
@v-bacao-msftI'm not sure what you mean by update the connection?
I deleted the connection and created a new one and re-ran the Flow. I still only get 23 notebooks.
Hi @mferrare ,
Have you tried to update the connection of the action and check if you can get all notebooks?
Best Regards,
