I have created a canvas application that uses an excel template stored in excel online. I use Office 365 user connector and outlook connector as well. The app has a button connected to powerapps instant flow. That flow connects to the excel file, reads every row and if a specific column has the value "yes", it send an email. The flow works just fine.
My problem is, whenever someone else connects to the canvas app, they get an error saying "The request is forbidden by Graph API. Error code is 'accessDenied'. Error message is 'Access denied'." . I have tried sharing the flow, no change. I have tried creating connection references, no change. It works for the Office 365 users but not the excel.
So my question is, how can I make excel recognize who logs in and connects to their Excel Online For Business?
Unfortunately it is not an option. But thank you. Much appreciated
Hi @Anonymous ,
It's not possible. Could you consider save this Excel in SharePoint Online document library?
Best regards,
