    Hi  ,

Copilot doesn’t have explicit "wait" or "delay" features.

You can leverage Power Automate in combination with Copilot Studio. Power Automate allows you to add a delay action, which can pause the flow for a specified time before sending the next message.

Trigger the flow from Copilot. Add the Delay action to pause the process for a certain amount of time (e.g., 5 seconds). After the delay, use the Post a message action or whatever step you need to do to send the next message to the user.

    Thanks.

    Hi

I noticed that the Microsoft documentation mentions you can implement a delay between messages using the "Send an Activity" node. However, when I tried it, the drop-down for the activity type didn’t show the Delay option.

But I agree with Vinoth—using a Power Automate flow as a workaround works!

    Hi Dana-Hasan ,

Yes the delay option is not available now. Thats the reason we might need to go for Power automate as workaround.

    Thanks.
