Hi There,
I am trying to run a flow which runs create record in SharePoint and get the response from Forms with attachment. I have uploaded the photo of the error message. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Judging from the error report you provided, the filed_12 column in sharepoint needs data of type number/double, but the data you provided is two double quotation marks, which cannot satisfy its type. I guess it may be caused by the user not filling in the value.
Can you provide a screenshot of the forms and the [Create item] section of the flow?

Thank you for your reply.Please see attached screenshot as requested.
I believe you are correct. I have branching in my form (image 1 and 2 are forms) and in Question number 10 when I select Yes that further questions open up but if I select No then only option I have is to submit as there is no need for further questions and that is where flow failed.
Addition to my previous reply, if I enter all the answers in the form then I receive new error message which I have add in new screenshot image 4.
Anyone that could find the solution of this Topic?
I have managed to fix the issue by myself. Basically, I needed to create Variable for dates and after defining that flow worked.
