    There are only 2 ways to refresh Quota
     
    1. wait until your quota time refreshes
    2. Buy more quota
     
    I am not sure what Quota this is referring too as it could be m any things and you have not posted enough to tell you wish Quota.

    But the answers are still the same wait or buy.
