List rows present in a table returning cached data

I have a flow set to grab data from a Sharepoint excel file table and send an HTML email. The file is updated from multiple sources by multiple people, including updating data via power automate flow that detects attachments in email. Unfortunately, when this flow ran an hour after the last data update - the email table contained cached data. Currently I have the update scheduled for five hours after the last email attachment data update (separate flow) runs. This is in a GCC High environment. Is there a way to force power automate to use live data? There are a few posts with similar symptoms but I haven't found a concrete solution. I did try using "Secure Inputs" but that did not resolve the issue.

    Hi @czd123

Before retrieving the rows from table run a office script in excel which refreshes the table so that live data would be automatically populated and can be retrieved as well.

    Hope it helps !

@Nived_Nambiar -thank you for the suggestion. Unfortunately, GCC High environments do not support office scripts.

    Ok @czd123

So before running the above flow to send email, have you checked the excel file whether the data is loaded correctly or not ?

Yes - data in the excel table is up to date and correct - however the list rows step grabs cached data.
