"Create Flow" Power Automate Action

I am trying to create an automation to duplicate some Power Automate Template flows I created and auto associate the connections. I am trying to use "Create flow" and "Get flow" to create a solution. I am struggling to find documentation/examples of this done. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
