Export emails from a shared mailbox

Hi,

Apologies if this is simple, but I'm new to PA and self teaching. I have a shared email that has roughly 2,000 individual emails that we sent to various members of our staff. I would like to export a copy of each email as save it as a PDF to be loaded onto the employee's profile in our workday system.

One thing that I need to do, and hoping PA can do this. In the email, is the employee name and ID. In order for WD to attach the file to the profile, it needs to be named EMPLOYEEID.pdf. When exporting the emails, it is possible for PA to pull the ID from the email and name the file?

Thank you in advance!

@JJ015823  have you already created a flow to do this? If you use trigger when new email arrives, you can access email subject and email body, so you can extract employee name and ID from it.

All of the email have been sent, this was a 1 time event.  They're all moved to a folder in the shared inbox.

Create an instant cloud flow then.

@JJ015823 You can create instant flow and add "Get emails (V3)" action to get emails from shared mailbox, then you can loop through the emails and do further processing.
